This policy explains how Parveen's EDU PLUS Tuition ("EDU PLUS", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information in connection with our website, student and staff portals, classroom tuition, scheduled live online tuition, payments and academic support.

1. Information we collect

• Student and parent details such as name, contact information, date of birth, address, school/class information and enrolment records.
• Academic and service information such as attendance, assessments, learning tasks, progress, class schedules, chosen learning mode and online-class participation.
• Account and technical information such as login records, device/browser information, IP address, cookies and security logs.
• Payment information such as fee period, amount, transaction reference and payment status. Card, UPI PIN, CVV and OTP details are processed by the approved payment provider and should never be shared with EDU PLUS.
• Messages, enquiries, feedback and documents voluntarily supplied for enrolment, support or compliance.

2. How we use information

We use information to process enrolment; deliver classroom or online tuition; schedule classes; manage attendance, assessments and progress; communicate with students and parents; collect and reconcile fees; issue receipts; provide support; prevent fraud and misuse; protect students and systems; comply with legal obligations; and improve our educational services.

3. Legal basis and children's data

We process information as necessary to provide requested educational services, fulfil agreements, comply with law, protect legitimate interests and safety, and obtain consent where required. A parent or lawful guardian should provide or approve personal information for a minor student.

4. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell personal information. We may share only necessary information with authorised staff and service providers such as approved payment gateways, hosting and security providers, communication tools, online-class platforms, professional advisers and government or law-enforcement authorities where legally required. Providers may use information only for their authorised function and are expected to protect it.

5. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, including role-based access, authentication, secure connections, backups and restricted payment handling. No internet service is completely risk-free. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for tuition operations, accounting, dispute handling, safeguarding and legal compliance, after which it is deleted or anonymised where practicable.

6. User rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, a student, parent or guardian may ask to access, correct or update personal information; request deletion where retention is not legally required; withdraw consent for optional processing; or raise a privacy complaint. We may verify identity and authority before acting on a request.

Our website may use essential cookies for login, security and session operation, and limited analytics where enabled.
