These terms govern the use of Parveen's EDU PLUS Tuition websites, applications, portals, classroom tuition, scheduled live online tuition and related academic support. Parents or guardians are responsible for a minor student's use of EDU PLUS digital services.
1. Business and educational services
EDU PLUS is an independent proprietorship operated by Parveen Banu. We provide our own classroom-based tuition and, for selected enrolled students, scheduled live online tuition and digital learning support. We are not a marketplace and do not collect payments on behalf of independent tutors.
Subjects, teachers, learning mode, schedules and branch arrangements may change when reasonably required. Academic support does not guarantee any particular examination result, school admission, board certification or government recognition.
2. Enrolment, accounts and acceptable use
Admission or access is confirmed only after EDU PLUS accepts the enrolment and communicates the applicable class, mode, schedule and fee. Login credentials are for the assigned user and must be kept confidential. Users must not access another person's account, interfere with the service, record or redistribute classes without permission, or upload unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
EDU PLUS may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, safeguarding concerns, breach of these terms or discontinuation of a service, subject to applicable law and reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Fees and payments
The payment gateway is used to collect authorised fees for EDU PLUS classroom-based or online educational services. The payable service, student reference, fee period and amount are shown or confirmed before payment. Payments, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Online classes and technology
Live online tuition is available only for selected enrolled students and depends on subject, teacher and timetable availability. Users are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and a safe learning environment. Temporary interruptions caused by internet, platform or device issues may occur; when EDU PLUS causes a material cancellation, we will try to provide a reasonable alternative.
5. Intellectual property
EDU PLUS names, logos, website content, lesson materials, worksheets, videos and other original resources are owned by or licensed to EDU PLUS. They may be used only for the enrolled student's personal learning and may not be copied, sold, published or redistributed without written permission.
6. Privacy and third-party services
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Payment gateways, communication tools and online-class platforms may have their own terms and privacy practices. Users must use those services lawfully.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EDU PLUS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by user devices or connectivity, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes, governing law and disputes
We may update these terms when services or legal requirements change. The updated effective date will be shown on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
